This 1,388 foot-tall structure in midtown Manhattan will have 2.5 million square feet of office space for its 15,000 employees. It will become the tallest building in New York completely powered by hydroelectric energy. The estimated completion date is Q3 of 2025 when it will be the new world headquarters for JPMorgan Chase.
